 Why Helium is the smallest element with the highest IE?
Helium is the smallest element because it has 1 shell and has 2 protons that holds everything together tightly.


Why Noble Gases don't have EN values?
They have full shells and they are stable so they don't need to gain or lose electrons.


Why Fluorine has the highest EN?
Its has 7 electrons and is the smallest out of all the halogens and all the elctrons are held together tightly.

Hi my name is Rami i'm 15 years old and when i grow up i want to be a Chripracter. I found out it takes 6 years to get a degree. Some things i like to do on my free time is to play basketball, baseball, fotball, and soccer because they are my favorite sports and i really good at each sport.
